Late 2019 I started production of chocolate bonbons in Dublin under the brand name ‘Arcane Chocolate’ in partnership with Rocky and Ian Redmond, who own Redmond Fine Foods.

For the future, I want to keep sharing my passion for pastry and chocolate with the world, while continuing to build ‘Arcane Chocolate’ to become the brand synonymous with a true chocolate indulgence for Chocolate lovers in Ireland and beyond.
